Openjobmetis, a job agency listed on the STAR segment, has acquired 100% of corporate capital of Just On Business, a job agency specialising in the health and engineering sectors, as well as, indirectly, 100% corporate capital of the subsidiary Deine Group.

The selling shareholder Torrent SpA was advised by PedersoliGattai with a team composed of Andrea Faoro (partner), Francesca Leverone (salary partner) and Alessandro Passanisi (senior associate).
