PAI Partners, a leading private equity operator specialising in investments in top-tier companies globally, acquired a majority interest in Beautynova, a global leader in professional hair care products, from Bluegem.

The acquisition shall take place through mid-market transactions fund of PAI Partners, i.e. PAI Mid-Market Fund. Upon completion of the transaction, PAI shall be the main shareholder and shall hold a controlling interest, while Bluegem shall retain a significant interest together with a pool of co-investors.
