Panzeri Carlo Srl, a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-end lighting solutions, has acquired a majority interest in the American Luxxbox, a leader in the acoustic lighting sector, with the aim of entering the soundproofing sector and expanding into the North American market.

The transaction was implemented through a US NewCo of which Panzeri Carlo Srl holds 77.6% of NewCo share capital, while the remaining 22.4% was subscribed by the current entrepreneur of Luxxbox USA.
