Assistance to industrial groups, national and international companies in day-to-day employment related matters, as well in labour – related litigation. Moreover, advice on employment related matter connected with M&A transactions, with particular focus on the negotiations of directorship / employment contracts and incentive schemes for the management in IPO processes.

Andrea received his Law Degree (J.D.) from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano in 2010 and joined the Milan Bar Association in 2013.
