Advice on all aspects of competition law, including merger-control cases, cartel investigations and proceedings concerning abuses of dominant position.
Moreover, advice on Consumer Code’s matters, on unfair commercial practices and on the Italian foreign investment control regime (so-called “golden power” regime).

He received his Law Degree (J.D.), with honours, from Università degli Studi di Parma in 1994 and in 2004 received a LL.M. in Corporate Law (with honours) from the Northwestern University of Chicago; he joined the Milan Bar Association  and was admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court.

He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Technical Committee for Innovative Banking Services at the Associazione Bancaria Italiana (ABI).
