He focuses his activity on M&A, Corporate and Commercial matters. Francesco is a member of a team mainly dedicated to due diligence and knowledge management activities.

He graduated in Law, cum laude, from Università degli studi di Bari in 2019 and he has been admitted to the Milan Bar Association since 2024.
