Consolidated experience assisting in administrative law and public procurement issues, concessions, town planning and administrative proceedings in court and out of court. Advice on regulated sectors such as energy, with particular focus on renewables, and health and social services. Assistance to private and public entities in environmental law issues. Peculiar expertise in airport management deals, as well as on issues related to the integration of air/rail/road/shipping transportation systems.

Marco has also significant experience in the field of labour law, providing assistance to companies in the management of labour law aspects. He advices on issues related to the definition of salary treatment, including in the public procurement sector, as well as to labour relations.

Marco received his Law Degree (J.D.) from Università degli Studi di Bologna in 2000 and the Master in “Public contract” from IPSOA in 2004. He joined the Rome Bar Association in 2005 and was admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court in 2017.
