During the Legalcommunity Corporate Awards ceremony, PedersoliGattai received three recognitions.

The Firm received the “Strategic Merger” award for the following reason: “The merger between two of Italy’s leading firms has created a major player in the corporate and the private equity fields. Furthermore, the Firm has been awarded “Law Firm of the year – M&A Family Business” for the reason that, formed through the merger of two highly active players in the corporate practice, it has been involved in various deals, including the reorganization of one of Italy’s largest and globally renowned family groups.

Davide Cacchioli, on the other hand, received the “Best Practice Competition Antitrust” award for the following reason: “He advises on all aspects of competition law, covering merger control cases, cartel investigations, and abuse of dominance proceedings. He has been recommended by clients for his strong technical and soft skills”.
