PedersoliGattai acted as legal advisor of GETEC Italia SpA, a leading provider of smart and green energy solutions for the industrial and real estate sectors, in the acquisition of the entire corporate capital of Halo Energy Srl, company owner of a trigeneration plant with a capacity of 9.4 MWe built at the industrial site of Halo Industry SpA located in Torviscosa, which entered into with Halo Industry SpA a long-term PPA (power purchase agreement) in relation to the supply of electricity and heat supply.

The acquisition of the entire corporate capital of Halo Energy Srl took place in the context of a competitive tendering procedure.

PedersoliGattai advised GETEC Italia SpA with a team composed of Carla Mambretti partner of the “Energy and Ecological Transition” team of the firm, including Giulia Fioramonti (associate) and Federico Montorsi (senior associate) in relation to all corporate M&A aspects, while legal due diligence aspects were managed by Nicola Martegani (senior counsel) and Clara Balboni (senior associate).
