Ardian, Wise Equity and other shareholders of Corob executed an agreement for the sale of Corob SpA, leading supplier of automated dosing and release solutions for the paint, coatings and inks industries, to Graco Inc., US-listed company specialising in the development and production of fluid management systems and products.

The firms advised Ardian, Wise Equity and the other minority shareholders, with a team led by Stefano Catenacci (partner) and composed of Michele Ventura (senior counsel) and Ludovica Cimini (associate), who acted in relation to M&A aspects of the transaction. Fabiana Campopiano (senior counsel), with support from Letizia Sartori (associate), managed antitrust aspects, while Federico Tropeano (counsel) provided assistance in relation to finance matters.
