PedersoliGattai advised Bio Daunia Srl (a company belonging to the Fortore group) in the project financing transaction aimed at financing part of the construction and commissioning costs of a plant for the production of biomethane – with an hourly flow rate of 500 standard cubic metres/hour – through the upgrading of biogas generated by the anaerobic digestion system of agricultural biomasses and zootechnical waste, located in the Municipality of Foggia.

PedersoliGattai advised the financed company with a team led by Giovan Battista Santangelo (partner) and composed of Marco Moscatelli (counsel), as well as Flavia Bertini (senior associate) and Angelo Fabris (associate).
