Prosit Farma Holding S.p.A. Società Benefit, a new player in the world of private pharmacies positioning itself as a “platform of pharmacists, a new model between capital and aggregation of independent pharmacies,” has completed the acquisition of the first 12 pharmacies (mainly located in north-central Italy) as initial phase of a broader investment initiative within the pharmaceutical sector, which envisages the inclusion of a total number of 75 pharmacies within a 5-year time frame.
