Abissi Srl, a cybersecurity specialist controlled by the private equity fund Metrika Tech, participated by private investors with a focus on technology companies of excellence, acquired Aspisec Srl, a company active in the cybersecurity sector with strong bias towards infrastructure.

As a result of the transaction, Aspisec shall be led by Luca Savoldi, current CEO of Abissi, while Gianni Cuozzo shall remain a member of the board of directors to ensure business continuity for the company and customers.
