Banca Patrimoni Sella & C. (“BPS”), a company of the Sella group specialising in the management and administration of private and institutional client assets, executed an agreement for the acquisition and subsequent merger by incorporation of Banca Galileo, a credit institution offering private and corporate clients traditional banking services and specialist advice.

Closing of the transaction is expected in early 2025 following a clearance issued by the Bank of Italy and the occurrence of certain customary conditions precedent in these transactions.
