PedersoliGattai with bookrunners in the bond issue of Fiber Midco SpA and Fiber Bidco SpA
PedersoliGattai advised, in relation to Italian law aspects, BNP Paribas, BPER Banca SpA, Intesa Sanpaolo SpA, Mizuho Securities Europe GmbH, Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena SpA, Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Nomura, Banco Santander, SA and UniCredit SpA (the “Bookrunners”) in the context of the issue of a €300 million holdco pay-if-you-can toggle bond, the first of its kind in the Italian market, by Fiber Midco SpA and the issue of a €430 million fixed-rate high-yield bond by Fiber Bidco SpA, parent company of Fedrigoni Group, a company owned by private equity funds Bain Capital Private Equity and BC Partners.
The new bonds were issued in the context of a refinancing transaction of the group, including the repayment of debt arising from the fixed-rate bonds previously issued by F Fiber Bidco SpA.
