Irca S.p.A., a company controlled by Advent International, entered into a binding agreement for the acquisition of the entire corporate capital of the newco into which the company run by Benetti family shall be contributed.

Benetti is a leading Italian company in the distribution of food products to pastry shops, bakeries, ice cream parlours, delicatessens, bars, hotels and restaurants.
