Stefano Ricci SpA, a leading company in the made-in-Italy men’s haute couture sector, founded in 1972 in Florence by Stefano and Claudia Ricci, has acquired Petrarca Confezioni, a company founded in Rigutino in 1983, known for its level of tailoring and craftsmanship as well as for its collaborations with prestigious haute couture brands of international renown.

The acquisition of Petrarca Confezioni represents another step for Stefano Ricci Group, which aims to consolidate and integrate its production chain.

PedersoliGattai assisted Stefano Ricci SpA with a team coordinated by Andrea de’ Mozzi (partner), who handled the tax aspects of the transaction, and composed of Luca Rossi Provesi (salary partner) and Raffaele Mittaridonna (associate) for M&A profiles. For labor aspects, on the other hand, Francesco Simoneschi (partner) acted with Francesco Airaldi (senior lawyer).
