F2A, an Italian company active in the market of outsourcing solutions for personnel and accounting management for over 50 years, controlled by Ardian since 2016, has announced the acquisition of the majority of the share capital of At Work, an Italian company based in Trento which offers HR services, in particular in personnel management and employment consultancy.
