Bibis S.p.A., through its subsidiary Bitris, bought back the entirety of the shares of RCH, the commercial sub-holding company operating under the Risparmio Casa brand, from Tempus Holding, a vehicle of the HIG Fund, which acquired the 16.7% stake in 2019. In this way, Risparmio Casa is again 100 per cent part of the Battistelli family group.

The share buy-back was carried out through a debt transaction of around EUR 100 million supported by Bnl, Credit Agricole and Unicredit.

The HIG Fund was advised by PedersoliGattai with a team formed by Gerardo Gabrielli (partner) and Maria Persichetti (counsel).
